I began working as an Interior Designer in 2000 and have continued in this path for quite some time now. I had the great opportunity to work with some of the best designers, architects, and developers that New York City has to offer. I spent a great amount of my career working on many different types and styles of projects. I have experience in residential, corporate, multi-family residences and a few bespoke commissions.
As my career developed, I realized how much I enjoyed learning about each design style. I studied design in as many countries as I could while fine tuning my aesthetic and capabilities. Working closely with architects taught me the technical aspects of design while creating spaces fine tuned my aesthetic and eye. I LOVE the design process. I start by listening and asking questions. Each space is different and custom designed for the specific needs of the client.
Since I have worked in an array of styles and studied the history of Interior Design I developed an eclectic look that can incorporate new and antique pieces. I work comfortably in both the modern and traditional aesthetic while maintaining sophisticated and elegant undertones and detailing.
I believe that a great project is one that combines creativity, understanding, listening, technical expertise and courage.
